Welcome to the very first Strong Capable Female retreat!
It is ALL CONNECTED when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. The overall vision for this retreat is an opportunity to connect with other women. To unplug, unwind & restore in ways your body, soul, or mind might need! All leading to overall wellness and health.
Step in to a safe place where you can quiet your mind, engage your body, and explore new ways to find inner peace and self love.
I chose a modest & affordable AirBNB for this first event. It offers a foyer, full kitchen, dining room, sitting room, four available bedrooms, each with two beds. Two bathrooms to share and a simple wraparound porch. I prefer small, intimate gatherings so you can expect only 4-10 participants.

THE EXPERIENCE
Day 1 - Arrival
Take a little time to settle in and tour your quaint weekend getaway.
In the evening we will have a small cocktail hour under the pergola (weather permitting).
We will take some time to meet one another and set our intentions, expectations & goals for the weekend.
Day 2 & Day 3
Each morning will start with a beginners yoga class, neurological reset & intentions for the day. (Never tried these? No worries - this is a great safe place to see if it works for you.)
Enjoy fresh breakfast & lunch in small groups, all together or on your own.
Throughout the day we will have group guided chats, workshops & individual time.
We will work together on a "family-style" dinner and clean-up.
Note: All classes, workshops & group work are optional. Participate in as much or as little as you wish.
Day 4 - Departure
Grab & go breakfast will be available. You have the option to leave at your own pace until checkout time. Feel free to head home, to your next adventure, or join me on a stroll down the street to eating, shopping, parks and the beauty that is Winesburg!
THE DESTINATION
A private get-away in the heart of Amish Country. Relax to the sound of buggies passing by, watch the sunset from the comfort of the wrap around deck. The gardens include a pergola covered seating and dining area complete with lights and shades. Located roughly 2.5 hours northeast of Springfield, Ohio and 50 minutes south of Akron.
INCLUDED:
Your weekend experience includes a three nights stay in a shared bedroom with a Queen or Single bed. Cocktails and charcuterie available on arrival day (dinner not provided). Breakfast, lunch & dinner for both full days will be available and a grab & go breakfast on the last day. Materials for workshops and classes will be provided.
