Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Weddings require a $400 deposit to reserve the date, regardless of package. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable with a fee if ample notice is given to reschedule. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your event. Further details will be listed within the wedding / session portrait agreement we will cover thoroughly.
How many images will we receive? And do you provide digital files?
For weddings & elopements you will receive 50-100 digital images per hour of service. The creative fee includes a specialty usb of all images as well as any additional add-ons for the specific package you select.
How long does it take to receive my gallery/products?
For weddings & elopements it takes 4-6 weeks to complete the gallery. As I near finishing the gallery we will set up a date & time to meet to review your images, select your specific package products and order your priceless heirlooms. Products, collections & a la carte delivery range 2-4 weeks once finalized.
